About AIRRDB

AIRRDB stands for Adaptive Immune Receptor Repertoire Data Base. The database and technology is owned by Voredos SRL and our web presence is hosted by BSNSoft Solutions GmbH.

AIRR is the terminology established by the founders of the AIRR Community within The Antibody Society, which coordinates stakeholders using next-generation sequencing technologies for antibody/B-cell and T-cell receptor research.

What AIRRDB provides

The database provides access to processed immune repertoire data in AIRR TSV and VDJfasta CSV formats. Users can perform peptide queries of CDR loops using IMGT CDR definitions or VDJfasta "SDR" definitions.

The system supports fast ambiguous queries with up to two mismatches per loop (six per heavy chain paratope). The default search limit is 50 hits, adjustable by users.

Patent

The core technology behind AIRRDB is patented. The patent covers the N-Hamming distance search algorithm and indexing method that enables ultra-fast ambiguous queries across billions of records.
